Following the dissolution of the Edyvean-Walker and David Lindop Trust (EWDLT), its funds and assets have been transferred to Rugby District Scouts to allow future generations of young people in Rugby to experience life-changing international trips and adventures. These funds will help ensure that financial barriers don’t stop our young people from exploring the world and challenging themselves.
We were pleased to welcome Andrew Leech, Secretary and Trustee of EDWLT to our AGM to share more about the trust’s origins and work. We look forward to continuing the mission of the Trust in supporting young people in Rugby with international opportunities.
